A2 Desi BILONA Cow Ghee

Bilona A2 Desi Cow Ghee from Govardhana Giri Goshala (GGSPK) is a traditionally prepared, nutrient-rich ghee made using the ancient Bilona method. Fresh A2 cow milk from indigenous Indian breeds is first cultured into curd (dahi), then hand-churned slowly to obtain makkhan (butter). This butter is gently simmered on low flame to produce pure, aromatic, golden ghee with natural granular texture (danedar).

Prepared in small batches using time-honoured methods, this ghee retains essential fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K, supporting digestion, immunity, and overall wellness.
