Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (such as soaps, shampoos, and hair care items), returns are not accepted once a product has been delivered.

However, we will offer a return or replacement under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Share clear photos or video proof showing the issue.

Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

💰 Refund Policy

Once your concern is verified and approved:

A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
OR

A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note: Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

You changed your mind after placing the order

Slight differences in color, texture, or scent due to the handmade nature of the product

Delays caused by courier or logistics partners (unless the item is confirmed as lost)
